A police officer said that, on May 12, a case was registered against Dutta on the basis of a complaint given by community leader and activist of a political party Naresh Bohit (40) at Goregaon police station on May 12. He said that since the actress resides in the Amboli police station area, the complaint was sent to the said police station. After investigation, a case was filed against the actress on Wednesday.
